This will look at the principles and concept of quality, safety and environment management systems. How an organisation can integrate these into their day to day activities. How the requirements relate to their product / services, facilities, processes, work environment and staff. How compliance and risk management is at the centre of quality, safety, environmental management systems and how you can use these processes to reduce the impact on the quality and safety of your product, safety of your staff and sustainability of the environment. Look briefly at the requirements of the Australian Standards (ISO 9001, 14001 and AS/NZS 4801). How these indirectly relate to meeting your obligations under Trades Practice, WHS, Environmental Protection Legislation. Workbook provided. This is designed for Managers, Supervisors, Staff etc.
