We see the main purpose of our providing an audit service is to give the Directors and Senior Management assurance that their management system is achieving compliance, and is effective and enabling management and staff to manage and operate the business. The system is providing ‘due diligence’. The secondary purpose is to educate and empower staff to continually improve.
